Description de l'article5-CHANNEL multiple BAUDRATE repeater for PROFIBUS DP networks (6 segments) description: The profiswitch X5 is a flexible robust 6 segments multi channel repeater for PROFIBUS DP installations. Within a standard PROFIBUS DP network, the transmission speed is fixed at a predesigned baud rate. This BAUDRATE is fixed for that PROFIBUS DP PLC controlling the network, until a segment(s) require an adjustment to the individual speed setting because of design requirements or bug fixing. The advanced technology of the profiswitch X5 converts the main channel to other transmission speeds and acts as a transparent proxy without disturbing the host system. All channels are set to 5 retries for improved reliability. Every channel has built-in switchable termination and is able to drive 31 devices.
