| Item Description | 1-CHANNEL REPEATER FOR PROFIBUS DP NETWORKS DESCRIPTION: The B1 repeater is a 1 channel repeater for PROFIBUS DP installations. It CAN be cascaded without limitations. The data is constantly monitored for glitches which are digitally filtered out. Every channel has on-board switchable termination and is able to drive 31 devices. The removable screw terminals of the PROFIBUS interface are pinned-out in a way that reversed mounting of the repeater does not impact existing wiring. A DB9 connector is provided for the use of monitoring. The redundant power supply enables applications where high availability is required. Protocol: RS485-PROFIBUS DP according to IEC 61158.
